A/C relay maybe 200 1987

So lately when I turn on my a/c it takes a while for the fan to kick in and the a/c to start working. Yesterday after running for a while it started to blow warmer and warmer, I noticed the fan wasn't working, then it started working again. When it is working it blows cold so I don't think it's low on charge. Am I correct to suspect the relay?

Any help appreciated.
