Check the themostat in the air box. If it took a dirt nap you could be pulling in hot air from the preheat hose. I found out about mine after a month of going crazy trying to find out why my APC system wouldn't run above 9 psi. I went to clean the K&N and saw the preheat hose door open. When the thermostat goes it leaves the door open. $35 at the dealer 5 minutes to replace.
