142E Throttle return spring 140-160

Justin and everybody,
Thanks for the data!
I have cleaned the throttle shaft and all related parts and do not think that it is the problem. Also, I do not think that it is the throttle stop either because it is inconsistent, as you stated, Justin.
I think that I will install an auxilary spring as in the pic you sent and then if it does not fix the problem I will tear apart the dist and clean it up and check the weights.

I really appreciate the data you have given me on this. I will use it.

The brickboard is fantastic.
