HELP!!! My 240 will not start 200 1989

I have a Volvo 240 with B230F
LH2.4 fuel injectionn and EZ-116k ignition module.

The spark-plugs are new, the sparkplug cables are new and new distributer
The resistans at det coil are ok (both primary and secondary)


The problem is that I only have sparks in pulses, about 1 second every 3. second.
