HELP!!! My 240 will not start 200 1989

Do you have fuel being delivered? Remove the return line from your fuel pressure regulator and see if any spills out. If not, the you should verify the function of your fuel pump relay? If you jumper it (Bentley has a procedure) do your fuel pumps turn on?
