1-2 sec start-up squeal,more in cold weather,what is it? 700 1990

getting worse slowly over 1-2 yrs.Used to be only in /fall/winter juctional periods,but not in deep winter.Now even in temperate spring climate.Already changed alt.bushings.Sl better or was it deep winter cured the problem.
Would it be
(1) acessory Belts ? 5-6 yrs old
(2)Timing belt tensioner? 13 yrs old
(3)water pump? 13 yrs old

Thanks for advice.Will be changing timing belt and accessory belts this w'end.Unfortunately,unable to get mail order parts in time.Dealer parts 3-4xmail order prices for tensioner,did not ask re water pump likely 3-4xfcpgroton too.
