B20 Cam identification help needed 120-130

Few hints:

Use a shop rag between the timing gear teeth to stop the cam from turning as you undo the nut (and also when you torque it back on).

You will need a puller to get the gear off the cam -- carefully!

Don't lose the spacer ring on the nose of the cam -- that's what sets its endplay.

At no time push the cam backwards into the block, or you'll knock out the soft plug in the rear.

Make sure the Woodruff key in the nose stays put when you slide the gear back on over it. It's possible for them to slide back into the retaining plate.

Use Loctite on the nut when it goes back together, and torque to spec (don't remember off the top of my head.
