90 740 turbo wagon stalls (I can reproduce it at will) 700

So my "new to me" 740 turbo wagon has this little problem. I can make the engine stall by punching the accelerator then braking to a quick stop. The engine drops down to 400-500 rpm for a second or two and most often stalls, sometimes catches and idles ok. The car starts fine after stalling out. I put the computer in mode 2 and the throttle switch checks out fine. Anyone have any ideas? I pulled the codes and the computer came back 1-3-1 and 2-3-2. I replaced the CPS and still the same problem. I'm going to pop in a new O2 sensor, but I can't understand how that would cause this problem.
