Aye! My cars running HOT!! 200 1985

Hi,
I have a 1985 245 turbo with intercooler that has been having cooling system problems. It will heat up if I go on small hills, if I get stuck in traffic, or just going slow. When I get up to 40mph it starts to cool off. I replaced the radiator with a heavy duty 3 row radiatorand replaced all the hoses, and the thermostat. This helped a little but not enough. Last summer it wasn't as bad. Also the first cylinder seems to be 1 bar lower than the rest. I was thinking that maybe it's the head gasket not sealing right that is causing both of these problems. What should I try to do now! It's very important that I get it done this week, because i start work pretty soon and i won't be able to work on the car. HELP!!!
