Gas tank fouling 140-160

My 71 142E has a brand new gas tank that the previous owner had installed at a Volvo dealer in Denton, TX about 4 years ago. (ok, so I have a 4 year old gas tank.)
I have the paperwork/receipt. It was about $500 for the whole install. Sort of pricey, but no hassels.

Perhaps an early 164 tank is available?

They don't have one for a 72, but perhaps one is around.
