end link bushing removal?? 200

Does any one know how to get the end link bushings out of the end link? The ones going into the control arm area? They are pressed in but there is no ridge to use to press them out with. I am afraid to put all the weight of the press on the stem of the link while using the press, it might bend the link.

I am putting turbo sway bars on my 240 and have bought the IPD bushing set including the extra poly bushings that connect the link to the arm.
