Do I need different needles now that I've got a header? 120-130 1966

Finally got my IPD header installed along with all new 2" system and bullet muffler. Seems a good time to get serious with tuning to suit. Slip in a Pertronix as well. So, should I expect to need different needles on the SUs? This is a stock B18, street use w/ M41, running on crappy gas in MA. Thanks for any tips. David
