B6304 pcv valve/throttle body wet w/fresh oil again after verifying cleanliness? 900 1994

I have checked for a second time in less than a year for a clogged pcv valve in our 94 B6304 engine and it is clear. I have high oil consumption with a slow leak in the rear main seal and an oily exterior of the pcv valve, throttle body, and intake. Is this blow-by that is causing all the oil residue around the throttle body, intake, pcv valve, etc? Is there something else in the crankcase ventilation system that I should look into? There isn't excess oil burning that I can confirm at the exhaust. Thanks.
