Changed timing belt – now it pings on acceleration :( 200 1983

I changed the belt, tensioner and seals on ’83 244GL now it pings while accelerating. It will cruse 65 just fine but makes a lot of noise getting there! I have torn it back down twice and all the timing marks line up perfectly. I’m sure I’m off some where but how do you figure that out when all the marks line up so well?
