Will a 960 or 850 radio fit a 940? 900 1993

I've just bought a '93 940. The CR 814 cassette had jammed (radio works fine). If I can't fix the cassette, I'd like to replace this unit with a Volvo unit. My question is, which other units will fit? Will any of the 960 or 850 units go into the 940 center console? What I'd like to end up with is both cassette and CD capabilities. The CD could be either a single play or a changer. I've looked at aftermarket and don't like their looks. Thanks for your help.
