High Tension Leads 760 Repalce? 700

Hi,
Does anyone know the best method of replacing High Tension Leads for a PRV6?
Due to the rediculous placement of the Distributor underneath the Fuel
Distributor not a lot of attention was made for enough room to remove.
Do I have to remove the whole cap and replace?
Oh this Car!!!
