91 745 Turbo Speedo/Odometer Question

My 91 745T odometer does not work at all (I'm assuming a broken plastic gear?) and the speedometer only works sporadically. I'm guessing that it would be most prudent to replace the entire speedometer unit since the odo gear replacement will not correct the speedo problem. Am I correct in this thinking? Is a Junk Yard (Pick and Pull?) the best resource for the part? Anyone have one for sale?
