A few Questions... 200 1979

Hi All..I have a few Q's that I have been wanting to ask. First, does anyone know how to remove the phillips-head screw on the skinny side of the door pockets?..I can't get anything to fit in that small space. Also on that note, has anyone tried to use interior paint on on the door panels..?. On a seperate issue, I have a '79 245dl..I was wondering if there are any factory parts that came on newer 240's that would benefit me to grab at the pic'n'pull?..or even aftermarket parts that I (a rookie) would most likely to overlook? Thank all of you as always..Franco'79 245dl..212,200(I just got my badge in the mail!)
