Need advise before we put the car away in storage. 900

All,

I need advise before I put away my 1996 960 for the summer. The car will be in garage for about 3-4 months. What do I need to do to avoid leaking gaskets/seals and tapping valves when I do start it in September? Do I need to add Fuel Stabilizer even if the car is stored indoors? We live in Phoenix, Arizona where our garage can get over 105 degress in the summer even if the door is closed. Any pointers? Please advise.

Thanks,

Az
