rubber brake line has bulge in it 700 1990

Happened to notice this while replacing rotors a few weeks back. The bulge looks like a section where part of the rubber has weakened. In any case, I have a feeling this isn't good, nor is it acceptable, so I need to find suitable replacement for the lines.

That being said, 1) where can I obtain it? 2) should I get steel braided lines? (are they worth it, any downsides?)

Thanks!

edit: Hmm I should search before I speak/post. :) Found this post: http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=639247 and seems that the stainless steel lines are good. Any bad experiences with them? Is IPD the only one that has them?

Thanks (again)!
