New Engine 200

Hey guys, I think my old Volvo finally died. Threw a rod Wednesday comeing home from school. I paid 800 bucks for the car about 2 years ago, and I have logged 75,000 miles on the 330,000 it already had. I guess it lived a long life. Anyways, I really dont want to part with her, we have been through so much together, and what guy does'nt appreciate there first car? I went searching yesterday, and found an engine for $350, plus $250 to install it in my car. The engine is comeing out of a 91 240 with 150,000 miles. Do you guys thing this little engine switch over is a good deal?
