Brake problems

i cleaned up both front brake calipers and replaced the pads,i pushed the caliper pistons back as i normally would,i reassembled everything without disturbing the hydraulics, when i pumped the pedal to bring the pedal back up there appeared to be a clicking noise from around the master cylinder. When i started the engine there is hardly any brakes whatsoever, there seems to be a hissing noise from inside the car when the pedal is pressed, there is a full pedal there but nothing happens, please help as i'm supposed to be going on holiday in three days.by the way it's an 89-740.
