Odometer Help 200

had a similar problem regarding the start and stop..it used to happen to my car on rainy days and turned out to be the distributor cap

other suggested solutions
check crank sensor
the Air Mass Meter
the hose connected to the Air Mass Meter

as for the odometer, mine died a while back haven't replaced it but can be ordered from volvo..600 bucks..but in terms keeping up with maintenance..estimate, overestimate a little..lot of local driving 3 months..a lot of highway driving 5 months..is usually what the guidelines are
