Won't Start 1800 1968

Got the car cranked this weekend. New battery was a go. Was water in gas.. drained it all out through plug in tank bottom and then let car's fuel pump run the lines full of clean gas before reattaching fuel line to carbs. Also sucked all old gas/water out of carb bowl with syringe. New fuel pump and filter. Car filled bowls with fuel and then started. HOWEVER now it doesn't seem to be pulling fuel from the tank! It had to to get started in the first place, so I am seriously confused! BTW checked lube in carb pistons.. looked good... haven't tried lower side adjustment yet, but found an old Chilton that covers those carbs.

Just bought a '69 model that already has the IPD/Weber upgrade.. MAJOR selling point! '68 goes in paper tomorrow!
