More than likely, your odometer "tooth" gear has broken. It's easily repairable. You can buy a gear from Jeff Caplan at www.odometergears.com. The cost is $25 + $4 for USPS Priority Mail shipping. It involves removing the instrument cluster, pulling out the speedohead, and swapping the gears. Perhaps an hour tops.
