electric front windows 700 1986

Every time I lower the electric front windows either single or both - the 30 amp number 8 fuse blows, there are no obstructions and no apparent sticking points as they lower, I have fitted an alarm with full closure but this still raises the windows on arming the alarm after the fuse has blown and has never given me any problems before. any suggestions would be welcome.
