Squealing Brakes -- I've Tried Everything 700 1987

Please help. My squealing brake problem originated after I had my front brake pads replaced as required to past inspections. Since then, I have replaced rotors, brake pads, brake pads again to OME (both front & back), grease & Goop (or whatever the solution is called), and I still sound like a bus when I brake. The last fix was the OME brake pads, which stopped the noise for about a four days -- and then it came back again. My mechanic now suggests calipers, but says I need to listen and borrow another set of ears to see if the noise is coming from the front or the back. I'm at a loss. Should I try replacing the calipers? I certainly can't tell where the noise is coming from. It all sounds very loud to me.

Also, if anyone knows of a good mechanic in the Northern Virginia area, please let me know. Thanks so much for your replies.
