If we do this, I volunteer to make sure Jarrod brings it up at the site. Let's make sure we use a standard html generator (NOT Front Page) so his servers don't choke.

Best way to do it might be for one person to be the point of contact for database entry and to add emailed data from many others in a consistent manner. This saves having to arrange logins for a bunch of people.
