How About getting the engine quiter?? 200

This is not something that I have observed in 240s. They should sound pretty much like any other 4-cyl OHC engine.

You will hear more noise if your splash pan is missing from beneath the engine.

The fitted underhood soundproofing blanket might help. I have seen this for 240s in catalogs. My BMW has one, but it does not seem to quiet the engine much.

Have you checked your valve clearances? If they are loose, you will hear a 'clatter' from the engine.

Other sources of noise are failing power steering pumps or A/C compressors, but they whine/chatter. They don't sound like diesels.
