Where are the springs?????

Great pic but whwre are the springs. I also took apart a block from an 87 240. The innards were just as your pic shows except there were 2 large springs at either end of the piston. The piston is self centering by the action of the springs and will move right back to center when the brake is released and pressure equalizes.
