My 93 240 has developed a clunking noise from the front, I suspect contol arms, ball joints or something in that area. I have never worked on the front end on this car so is this a common thing and what are the most common fixes. On my BMW (late that is I totaled it last Sunday) this would lead to a control arm replacement.
