Torque wrench to get 700

i had their dial type torque wrench, it was a piece! it was nice when it worked, but i used it all the time, and after a year it would only torque @ 150 ft/lbs and the handle was falling apart....now i use it for a breaker bar. in all honesty i think craftsman tools suck. the only thing they make well are sockets and wrenches, and i'm not implying the socket wrench that's a piece too if you don't clean the racheting mechanism every 6 months. every tool i've had of theirs that had a moving part is broken, and most of that crap is the 1 year warranty stuff, so they know it's gonna break. even the "professional" screwdrivers suck, the heads always get worn out so quickly. if you want a good torque wrench, get the beam type, it's a little bit harder to use, but it will never break, unless you want to shell out 300 for a proto or snap on.
