Cleaning rear seat 200 1986

I am cleaning the interior up on an 86 240 sedan for my 16 yr old daughter. Have removed the front seats and removed and washed the covers.Wow what a difference! I removoed the rear seat to clean inside. Can the rear bottom seat cover be removed by cutting off the hogrings and reinstalled with zip ties in the same manner as the front seat? How about the rear back rest?
