Confusion about manual steering racks 200

In a nutshell what I'm wondering is this: Do all 240 manual steering racks have a 14mm pinion shaft (like my car) or did some of the manual racks have a 19mm shaft?

I ask because some sellers list one manual rack for '75-'78 and another for '79 and up. Others only list '79 and up. Groton lists one manual rack for '76-'81 which bears the same part # as Atlantic Enterprises later style rack. In fact Groton's rack is rebuilt by Atlantic.

Is the difference is due to the pinion shaft size or the manufacturer?
