AC Related or Stater Relay??? 200 1991

Yesterday I charged my A134 AC system and all went well. This morning my car would not start (even with a jump). I suspect the starter relay or I guess it could be the starter itself. Other relays have gone in my car around 100,000 miles and I have 120,000 miles now. Appreciate any suggestions to ID the problem. Right now I'm thinking buying a new relay and putting it in to at lease eliminate the option and move on. Please tell me if this is going in the wrong direction. Thanks!
