intermittant stalling 700

This is my problem. When driving, for seemingly no reason at all my 1985 740 N/A stalls out. It has happened 6 times in total in the past couple of months. When it stalls the tach does not drop to zero so this should be a fuel system problem of some sort, right? As well the car restarts fine after about 60 seconds or so after coasting to the side of the road. I replaced the fuel filter last month thinking that might be the culprit, nope. Recent work for other problems has been: replace injector and all seals (no vacuum leaks now), clean IAC, clean T/B, replace ECT, ignition stuff is all good with new plugs,O2 sensor is good, in-tank pump replaced, main pump seems ok, and I checked the FPR and it seems good (no fuel spat at me). So what is it? What am I missing? Thanx in advance.
