Parts Needed 1800 1971

There were some 1800 handles on ebay recently. Not sure when they came
up - they may still be there. Do a search on Volvo 1800 and see what you
get.

The engine compartment in an 1800 is awfully narrow for any kind of V8,
and I suspect you would need major floor surgery to get a Ford automatic
tranny in there also. Note that by switching to auto tranny you eliminate
the possibility of push starting.
