a/c compressor bypass? 200

Hi all. I have an '89 240 wagon with a seized a/c compressor. the a/c didn't work before this happened and i didn't care too much about it. now, alas, i have no power steering because the power steering pump runs off the a/c pully. at this point i'd just assume remove the a/c completely since i don't really have a need for it and don't want to spend the money to replace it. IPD has a bypass kit to power the power steering pump directly from the crank pulley, but only for '78-'84 model years. does anyone know of anyone else who makes a bypass kit or any other type of work around for this situation? would finding power steering mounting brackets for a non-a/c equipped volvo of the same year be a solution? Any advice appreciated. Thanks, -Paul
