CARFAX HELP? 200 1989

I posted earlier for some thoughts on a 940 that I found,since my kids have taken over my 240 -now that everything is fixed.Can some one run a carfax on this? Supposedly 1 owner and spent most of its time in Fla.Extremely clean,inside and out,runs great, but needs some brakes(which they'll fix)The vin is yv1js8834n3074565. It's a 92-940 with 5 records but I don't know what they are.Btw, they're asking $4500 w/162,000miles. TIA,
