78-242, B21A- oil leak above the oil filter, rt. side....?? 200 1978

There is a small oil track that appears to be from a plug, on the right side of the block, about 2 inches above the oil filter, below the exhaust manifold.

I originally thought the leak was from the cam cover gasket, replaced that - the rest of the block is nice and clean.

This wet oil path runs down around the filter, and then over the right engine mount. This is not good for the rubber mount.

What is the plug?? and What do I do to repair this leak??

I have not tried anything since I am heading stateside this weekend and do not want to do greater damage...

Thanks in Advance
