Dashboard paint 700 1989

I have a 740GL 1989 with a dashboard that has black on the upper half and a tan color on the lower half. My glove box broke (door fell off and lock broke) so I bought a new(used) one on ebay for $16.00. It's in good condition, but it's a dark dark tan and doesn't match my tan.

I want to repaint all the tan on my dash because it's all fading. THe Black looks fine.

Does anyone know how to paint a dash?? What paint do I use and where do I get it? Do I have to prime?? Anyone know exactly what color of tan my car is??

Thanks for any replies!
