Interior Ground Points 700 1988

Where are the main ground points for the interior electrics? I have been having intermittent AC fan useage and then the other night, the headlights wouldn't come on. When I banged the dash, both the fan and headlights came back. Thus, I suspect a grounding issue.

I removed the instrument cluster but did not find anything there. I am now on a quest to locate, clean and re-secure all main grounds in there. Any pointers are appreciated.
