I was just wondering who was driving that beautiful real european 740 the evening of 13-June-03 in St. Paul MN. As an officer I see many odd things, I did a double-look when I saw the driver in the passenger seat!

By the way what is with the additional lenses on the taillights? Is this another E-Code piece or just additional aftermarket lights? I could literally see the stoplights almost a mile away!
