URGENT ! Attn: Chris Herbst, Rob Bareiss, etc. Cannot remove Pulley mount on Power Steering Pump 200 1982

I am right now trying to replace my power Steering pump in my back yard on a Hot day. I got the Pulley off but the flange it is mounted on will not come off. I suspect it is threaded on as it has an allen key in the shaft end. I have the allen key but I am breaking parts of my tools trying to hold the flange while I use a cheater pipe on the allen Key.Is there another way to get it off or can I get another pump that already has the flange so I do not have to spend the day fighting with it ? I wil be back out side soon so if possible please call me on my cell phone 1-917-566-8772 or my home phone 718-646-5620 . Thanks in advance !

Neal
