Stupid bolt.. trying to replace gaskets.. 200

Ok so the gasket between my exhaust down pipe and the exhaust manifold is leaking. So I've got my brick up on ramps and I get the first two bolts off that hold the down pipe to the manifold. There is one bolt left and I can't get it off for the life of me.

The problem is there is hardly any space around it to turn a wrench or ratchet. The bolt Im talking about is the one that is on the rear side of the down pipe where there is only one bolt. The other bolts were on the front side and there were two bolts on that side.

I'm using PB Blaster to help loosen up the rust etc. Any suggestions on how to get this bolt off?
