Battery-suckin' radio

Thanks. You nailed it. The draw is in milliamps; the problem seems to be that I only drove the vehicle about once a week or so, and I wasn't driving it more than a couple of miles, so it wasn't recharging fully. Since I'm not using it that often, I'll just leave it all on the accessory side of the switch. Sure am glad I bummed that $19.95 meter from the neighbor and got on the brickboardboard--just a few years ago, I'd have been sold all kinds of expensive non-fixes!
