Exhaust system too small? 120-130

Harry;

I agree with mcduck. I invite your "Volvo guy" to come on this forum, and explain to us how backpressure in the exhaust system can "blow out" oil from the crankcase??? ...besides, if oil was being "blown out" somewhere, would it not leave evidence?

IF you're not loosing oil, then you MUST be consuming it...and an engine which is running well can consume a fair amount of oil without a major smokeshow...have someone follow you and watch the exhaust under maximum acceleration (rings), and decel (guides). Also check your sparkplugs...

Good Luck
