86 240 will not start 200

Help! I have done some cruising of the archives, but I wanted to post a message to get your thoughts while I go do some additional testing..
1986 Volvo with approx 125k miles. I did not use the car for three days, went out to start it this morning and it fired/spitted quickly, but did not start. Now, it cranks but will not start. Not sure if it is a fuel or spark issue. I have read about the 25amp fuse on left fender and fuse #13. I am going to check those.

Any other items that I should put on the list to check, or any sequential order that I should be diag this problem? Thanks for you help.
