Windshield wiper relay? 200

Mysteriously, the front wipers on my '81 245 GLT started to work...all the time! As soon as the ignition is turned on, so are the wipers. Regardless which position the switch is in, I have slow speed wipers. Oh, I do have high speed in high speed switch position. I use the fuse to control them, thats gettin' a little old.

So, is there a relay that has failed? Where do I look?
