Throwout Bearing - Clutch Problems 200 1990

Has anyone replaced a throwout bearing, or had one done at the shop lately? I just lost first gear on my 1990 240 DL with 5-speed. From a previous brick e-mail, I think it's the throwout bearing. I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow, and expecting big $$$ to have it fixed. I had the clutch re-done two years ago, so I'm not sure of the issue. Any ideas on the hours and cost of this job?
